How do I register?
If you are new to Cub Scouting or don’t have an account start by creating a my.Scouting account, so that you will be able to manage your or your youth’s participation in Scouting including completing an application to register in the Scouting programs. Online Registration via my.Scouting
Alternatively you can manually complete a Registration Form and get it to one of our leaders.
If you are already registered with another Pack, that is not a problem. If possible please have your current leader fill out the Transfer Form. If you are no longer in contact with your previous Pack, please complete the registration form.
Once you have your appropriate form completed including signature, give it to the Cubmaster. For convenience you can scan and email it to the Cubmaster.

How often do we meet?
Each month we try to have at least one Pack meeting, which is a meeting of all Dens together at one time.
Most Dens (grades 1-5) have their individual meetings once a week on Monday evening from roughly 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
Lion (grade K) meet a little less often as a Den, usually only 1 or maybe 2 times a month.
When do we meet?
As a general rule of thumb Den meetings are every Monday expect the 3rd Monday of the month which is usually reserved for a Pack Committee & Leaders Meeting. The 3rd week of the month we usually have our Pack Meeting that Friday. Please be sure to check the calendar as there are occasionally exceptions to the general rule of thumb.
When don't we meet?
As a general rule of thumb if there is No School (going by the Derry Township School District calendar) then we usually don't have any meetings. You can remember No School, No Scouts. Likewise if school is cancelled or dismissed early, we also use the rule, No School, No Scouts.
Where do we meet?
Typically we meet at the First United Methodist Church of Hershey, our chartered organization, which is located at 64 W Chocolate Ave Hershey, PA 17033.

How do I pay Dues?
We use a payment tracking and collection service called CheddarUp. It is not necessary to process your payment through their service, but we ask that all payments be recorded in that system. You can choose a "no fee" option at checkout, which is Cash or Check. Exact Cash or Check needs to be given to the Pack Treasurer. We recommend if you are paying with exact Cash to give it directly to the treasurer. Checks should be made out to "Cub Scout Pack 203".

Convenient payment options include e-check and credit card. There is a $0.45 per transaction fee for both e-checks and credit cards AND an additional 3.5% fee for credit card payment.
Where do I get the medical form and which parts need to be filled out?
Download a copy of the Annual Health and Medical Record and fill out Part A and Part B. All participants should provide a copy of of this form to our Pack Leadership with both Parts A and B completed. This is valid for all activities less than 72 hours such as overnight campouts, local tours, and day hikes. It is also recommend to keep a copy of this document with you during such Cub Scouting activities in case of a medical emergency.
If you will be participating in an activity of 72 hours or longer in duration Part C must also be completed by a physician.
